Camera Surveillance and Image Storage Policy

Dr. Meral SÖZEN, within the scope of surveillance with security camera; It aims to protect the interests of the company and other persons in order to ensure their safety. This monitoring activity is carried out in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK or the Law”) and the Law on Private Security Services and relevant legislation. In this context, the information that camera monitoring is performed is announced to all employees and visitors, and people are enlightened. Notifications are posted at the entrances of the monitoring areas. Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken by the Company Name in accordance with Article 12 of the Law to ensure the security of personal data obtained as a result of camera monitoring.

Image recordings obtained by camera monitoring activity. It is kept by Meral SÖZEN for 30 days. After 30 days, the data is destroyed within the framework of destruction policies.

Dr. Meral SÖZEN's monitoring activity with video cameras, lighting policy and other policies are informed about video surveillance.
